The initial consultation allows us to customize our floor plans to fit your lifestyle perfectly. A new home consultant will be there every step of the way to guide you through our process.
Your New Home Consultant will guide you to one of our approved venders to begin your pre-approval. Pre-approval is a convenient and helpful process to know exactly where you stand, and is easily done over the phone.

Final Designs and Selections
As soon as your contract is signed, our team gets to work to submit permits and designs within a week from signing. From there, we schedule your first selections meeting at our selections center located in our main office. We will help guide you through every step in selecting your finishes. Our homes start at a high level of finishes inside and out and will make the process much more simple for you and your family.
Building Permits & Pre-Construction Meeting
Permits will be secured and your new home consultant will host a pre-construction meeting with you and our production team. There, you will review final plans and discuss building expectations.
Watermark Homes will begin construction on your home and build your home between 6-8 months. During that time we will have multiple points of contact with your New Home Consultant and Project Manager.
